I have a passion for helping other private practices achieve their goals and this is the main reason for starting this coaching company. In addition to growing this practice, I have assisted other practices through lecturing and follow-up calls, and have even negotiated the transition of a few practices. This is the view from my living room window. I am so blessed to have this scene from my house. I live in rural Appalachia. Some of us live on the ocean. Others live on the lake or are land locked like I am. We all live and practice in different settings.

I don’t want to be a “carbon copy” coach that provides the same content for everyone.  Everyone’s needs are different, and success looks different for every practice. For years, I have dreamed of using the talents that God has blessed me with to not only preserve independent optometry, but make sure it thrives.
